Do I need to be home when you come to clean?
| Most of our customer are not. You can register a key with our office or make other arrangements, which we will be happy to discuss. | Will I get the same people each visit?
| We schedule the same employees for every visit. In the event of illness, vacation or job separation, we will assign an equally qualified person. |
How many people will clean my home?
| Our employees work individually or in teams of two, depending on the size of your home and scheduled time. |
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
| No. Our employees will bring all the necessary professional equipment and supplies with them. |
Are you insured and bonded? Covered by workers comp?
What if I need to cancel or change my scheduled appointment?
| Simply call or email us 48 hours in advance. |
How is payment handled?
| Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard. |
