Do I need to be home when you come to clean?

Most of our customers are not. You can register a key with our office or make other arrangements, which we will be happy to discuss.

Will I get the same people each visit?

We schedule the same employees for every visit. In the event of illness, vacation or job separation, we will assign an equally qualified person.

How many people will clean my home?

Our employees work individually or in teams of two, depending on the size of your home and scheduled time.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Our employees will bring all the necessary professional equipment and supplies with them.

Are you insured and bonded? Covered by workers comp?

Absolutely!

What if I need to cancel or change my scheduled appointment?

Simply call or email us 48 hours in advance.

How is payment handled?

Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.
